Is Your Payment Process Safe?
To process your payments on our site powered by Wix, we use a vendor called Stripe. We do not see or store your credit card information.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds take 5-10 days to appear on a customer's statement. Stripe's fees for the original payment won't be returned, but there are no additional fees for the refund.
Depending on the situation, some refunds may incur fees, and Stripe's processing fees from the original transaction won't be returned. Additional fees may apply in some regions and payment types.
